WebTime provides our clients with an ability to interact with Jonathan Wren via the Internet. WebTime allows all of our clients to place orders, approve timesheets and view provisional invoices. WebTime is owned and developed by the Adecco Group.
WebTime can be used from any personal computer with internet access and requires no special software other than a standard web-browser.
Candidate Assessment
As a member of the Adecco Group, Jonathan Wren has access to an extensive on-line training and assessment system, Xpert.
Xpert has been designed exclusively for us by internationally recognised testing companies, including Saville & Holdsworth Limited, SkillCheck Inc and Psychological Services Inc, who specialise in the assessment of people, jobs and organisations. Xpert is a core component of our quality recruitment service, offering testing across many fields and technical competencies.
Xpert can perform low level psychometric assessment, determining a candidate’s ability to fit into an organisation, their attitude, motivation and work ethic. This provides a better match between candidate and assignment.
As a result of the assessments, the Jonathan Wren Consultant and the employer will have access to comprehensive reports giving advice on specific questions that should be raised during any interview and reference stages.
Though beneficial to the qualification of candidates at any time, such assessments are an invaluable part of a permanent selection strategy, especially when evaluating final short-listed candidates.
